you do look younger without the facial scruff BUT


its very obvious that you cannot grow any decent facial hair


( some guys can't- its genetic)


so why have the scraggly pitifully sparse scruff on the face
aww your a cutie! i think you look really good both ways but the facial hair makes you look older and more mature so i like you better with facial hair. btw you have really pretty eyes =)
