i think that you can get a nose piercing.your nose isn't too big or too small for a nose piercing and if that doesnt work, you can do a lip piercing.you have nice lips.
i think either snake bites (lip piercings) or a septum piercing this way you can hide it if you want to


or a nose stud
I think you would look kind of trashy with a monroe, so don't try that... Snake bites don't seem to be your style so stay away from those. Maybe a little nose piercing?

I think you would look really good with a small diamond/crystal stud in your nose. Your complexion would really make it look nice! :-)
