It's not because she's skinny -.-...It's just the way she was born. The only way you could do it is by surgery, which would be expensive, painful, and would probably make you look bad, because not everyone looks good with that face shape.
I really don't think that is possible. Maybe with exercise it could happen but I honestly don't think so, some people are just born with certain features. I am sorry but I hope I helped at all

She was born with it high cheekbones. I'm pretty sure if you were to have bone reconstruction surgery, it will be very painful and the recuperation as well.
