Help with drawing facial hair? Pics?

ok so im drawing a picture of this french actor and im having issues drawing his stubble lol any tips? Thank you!

Just do quick, tiny little strokes - almost like a dotted line - to outline the stubble, and then fill it in lightly with more tiny strokes to give it the appearance of hair. Make it thicker, longer and darker around the jaw where there is more hair.
